Musical Master Class

Pictured right are Buckhaven Brass Beginnings and guests from other Fife youth bands. These talented youngsters are seen here attending a Master Class held recently with Stan Lippeatt a world famous Flugal horn player with Grimethorpe Colliery Band. Also on display two of the new instruments that were recently purchased, thanks to a grant from ‘Awards for All’. Over the weekend Stan also put the Buckhaven and Methil Miners Band through their paces in preparation for the forth coming Scottish Championships to be held in the Caird Hall, Dundee on the 21 st March 2009.
