BLACK Dyke Trombone Quartet is to be joined by a Salvation Army singing sensation at a concert in Glasgow.

The ensemble from Queensbury will share the stage with vocalist, Matt Ramsay, for the evening of music-making at Govan Salvation Army, 44 Golspie Street, Glasgow, G51 3EW, on Saturday, August 22.

First established by Brett Baker in 2004 from members of the band's trombone section, the quartet has since performed all over the world at events including the International Trombone Festival and the Singapore Trombone Festival.
