THE Co-operative Funeralcare Band is preparing to hit the airwaves on Sunday, June 12, as it performs on BBC Radio Scotland.
The Scottish champion band is to feature on Classics Unwrapped, as part of a feature spotlighting the range and beauty of brass instruments.
Conducted by Nigel Boddice MBE, the band's involvement comes following contact between the BBC and the Scottish Brass Band Association.
The broadcast is due to air at 9pm. It will be available via the iPlayer for 30 days.
