Open rehearsal at Whitburn ahead of European

Scottish Champion band Whitburn will hold an open rehearsal this evening ahead of its assault on the European Brass Band Championships in Utrecht this coming weekend.

Commencing at 7.30pm, the event will see Whitburn showcase its own-choice test-piece as well as the European set work, Paul McGhee's adaptation of Time for Outrage! by Marco Pütz.

Professor Nicholas Childs will conduct the band this evening at Whitburn's Pentecostal Church on Reveston Lane (EH47 8HJ) with all welcome to attend.
