Entries open for Borders Entertainment Contest
Monday 4 June 2018Entries are now open for the 17th Borders Entertainment Contest which will be held on Saturday 3 November in the Memorial Hall, Innerleithen.
The event is organised by the Scottish Borders Brass Band Association (SBBBA) in conjunction with the host band, St. Ronan’s Silver Band.
Each band will play a 15 minute entertainment programme in a bid to impress the adjudication team of Russell Gray and Bryan Allen.
The contest is for bands in sections 2 - 4 in the SBBA 2018 standings and it will be capped at 20 bands.
Entry forms can be found here and should be sent as soon as possible to Contest Secretary Christine Calvert to avoid disappointment.
