Northern Counties contest cancelled for 2020

It is with regret that the Northern Counties BBA committee announce the cancellation of this year's NCBBA contest, due to be held in Kinross on Sunday 31st May.

“Unfortunately, it will come as no surprise that, due to current events, there is no realistic prospect of being able to hold our event this year,” commented Damian Martin, NCBBA president.

“We hope that you will keep us in mind for your 2021 calendar, when the event will return in a similar timeslot, likely to be Sunday 6th June.”

He added: “It's been great seeing what bands have been doing to stay in touch and preserve the banding spirit during lockdown. Stay in touch with each other, stay safe, keep practising (!) and we hope to see you next year.”
