Open air concert will feature Perthshire Brass in world premiere

Perthshire Brass will be playing in the open air plaza at St Paul’s Church (at the top end of the High Street) as part of the Perth Festival of the Arts today. The upbeat concert will feature a huge range of music including a world premiere! The event starts at 11am.
