More bands needed for City of Perth salute celebration

Brass bands are required by Perth and Kinross Council to join Perthshire Brass in a Platinum Jubilee salute on Sunday 7 August.

The City of Perth event will comprise:

• a parade commencing from the South Inch to the North Inch via Tay Street at 12 noon
• an arena performance in the North Inch Parklands after the parade for invited acts and massed bands at 1pm
• a fringe area for other supporting infrastructure.
