Scottish Youth Solo and Ensemble Championships results

Here are the results from yesterday’s finals of the Scottish Youth Solo and Ensemble Championships which took place at the Bellshill Salvation Army.

The event was adjudicated by celebrated trombonist Brett Baker. The accompanist on the piano was the acclaimed Gina Baker.

Over 30 soloists and 11 ensembles qualified for the finals in the various age categories.

Winning instrumentalists will receive an online lesson from Brett as part of their prize.

SBBA would like to thank Creative Scotland for their support in staging the qualifying competitions and the final.
