From brass commemoration to world pipe band champions!

Congratulations to Craig Muirhead, the piping instructor at Strathallan School, on his Inverary & District Pipe Band becoming Grade 1 world champions for the third time at the weekend.

Craig was the composer of a new piece of music, Strathallan Salute to Maestro Evans, that the NYBBS Principals and a trio of players from the Strathallan School Pipe Band performed at the Brass at the Park opening ceremony on the previous Sunday (below).
