2024 Scottish bands of the year
Friday 3 January 2025Congratulations to the five bands which have achieved Scottish Band of the Year status in their respective sections for 2024.
Points are awarded based on competition results throughout the year.
Topping the Championship Section is the cooperation band; in the First Section taking the no.1 spot is The Kirkintilloch Band; the Second Section’s highest placed band is Clackmannan District; taking the Third Section accolade is Perthshire Brass; and the top band in the Fourth Section is Buckhaven & Methil Miners.
